In order to benefit from the services offered by the LANDAE campsite, we ask you to read the following terms and conditions carefully. These conditions govern the sale of holidays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Reservations only become effective with the campsite’s agreement, after receipt of the deposit and either the duly completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
  • In the event of non-payment of the deposit at the time of booking or of the balance at the latest 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and to offer the accommodation for rent again.
  • The LANDAE campsite offers family-oriented holidays, in the traditional sense of the term, with accommodation specially designed for this purpose. The LANDAE campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to deviate from it.
  • Reservations for camping pitches or rentals are made on a strictly personal basis
    . Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your
    reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
  • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Campsite pitch
The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception infrastructures.

Rental

  • All rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package is for 2 to 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation.
  • The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.

Booking fees
The LANDAE campsite offers booking fees on rentals and bare pitches.

RATES AND TOURIST TAX

  • Prices shown are valid for all stays until December 31, 2026. They
    correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
  • The tourist tax is €0.86/person over 18 years of age.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 25% of the price of the services booked must be paid to the LANDAE campsite at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your stay.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking (25% deposit + balance of stay).
  • In the event of non-payment of the deposit at the time of booking or of the balance at the latest 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the LANDAE campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and to offer the accommodation for rent again. Cancellation for non-payment will not give rise to any reimbursement of sums already paid by the customer.

NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day cooling-off period.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

1. Changing your reservation

After 15 days prior to arrival, no modification requests will be accepted. If the modification requested by the customer cannot be accepted by the campsite (no availability, 15-day deadline exceeded, etc.), the customer must either continue his stay under the original booking conditions, or cancel it in accordance with the cancellation conditions.

No carry-over will be accepted for the following season.

  • Requests to increase the length of your stay are subject to availability and current rates.
  • Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.

2. Unused benefits

In the event of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:

  • Border closures by administrative decision
  • Administrative closure of the campsite
  • Travel limited to a certain number of kilometers by administrative decision, making it impossible to come to the campsite.

The campsite will issue a voucher for the equivalent of the unused nights, valid for 1 year. If the customer refuses this voucher, he/she may request a refund of the corresponding amount, less the cost of the cancellation guarantee, if applicable.

 3. Cancellation by camping Landae

In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, all sums paid for the reservation will be reimbursed in full. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

 4. Cancellation by the camper

In the event of cancellation by the camper, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows. All cancellation requests must be sent by post to the LANDAE campsite postal address or by e-mail. Cancellations made by telephone will not be accepted. Any cancellation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rental again.

In the event of cancellation by the camper

For one of the following reasons until the date of arrival:

  • Border closures by administrative decision
  • Administrative closure of the campsite
  • Travel limited to a certain number of kilometers by administrative decision, making it impossible to come to the campsite.

A voucher for the full amount paid, valid for 1 year, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses to accept the voucher, the corresponding amount will be refunded on request.

For all other reasons :

  • Case 1: Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of your stay.
    The campsite will retain 25% of the total cost of the stay as a cancellation fee. The sums paid, deducted from the cancellation charges, will be reimbursed. If payment has been made in part or in full with a voucher, please refer to the specific conditions on the voucher.
  • Case 2: Cancellation between D-14 and D-8 before the start of the holiday.
    The campsite will retain 50% of the total cost of the holiday as a cancellation fee. The sums paid, deducted from the amount of the cancellation charges, will be the subject of a voucher. This voucher is non-refundable and valid for 1 year. It is non-renewable, even in the event of a new cancellation.
  • Case 3: Cancellation between D-7 and the arrival date
    The total amount paid, i.e. the total cost of the stay, is retained by the campsite. No refunds will be made. If the customer does not arrive at the campsite within two days of the start date of the stay, and without first informing the campsite by letter or e-mail, the reservation will be considered cancelled by the customer. The campsite therefore reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rental again.

In the event of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in Vacation Vouchers cannot be reimbursed in accordance with article L.112-14 I. of the French Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, the LANDAE campsite will issue a non-refundable voucher valid for 1 year, non-renewable even in the event of a new cancellation, to be used at the campsite.

YOUR STAY

1. Arrival

  • Rental accommodation: you will be welcomed from 4pm on the day of your arrival, and when you are given the keys to your rental accommodation, you will be asked to pay a deposit by credit card only.
  • Camping pitches: you will be welcomed from 2pm on the day of your arrival. A deposit will be required by credit card only.

2. During your stay

It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident involving the camper’s civil liability.

All guests must comply with the house rules. Only persons named in the reservation contract are authorized to access the establishment and its facilities.

Any person not mentioned in the booking contract must obtain specific prior authorization from reception. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him or her.

 3. Start

  • Rental accommodation: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m.. The accommodation will be returned in a clean and tidy condition, and the inventory will be checked. You will be responsible for any broken or damaged items, and for restoring the premises if necessary. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of any compensation deducted, based on supporting invoices, for any damage noted in the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event of costs exceeding the amount of the deposit.
  • Camping pitches: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the pitch must be vacated before 12 noon. The pitch must be left clean, with no garbage cans or other garbage. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of any compensation deducted, based on supporting invoices, for any damage noted in the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event of costs exceeding the amount of the deposit.
  • If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of at least €90 including VAT.
  • For late departures, unless the “Late Departure” option is offered and taken out with the campsite, you may be charged for an extra day at the current nightly rate.

ANIMALS

Pets are accepted (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) for a fee payable at the time of booking. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed near swimming pools, in food shops or in buildings. Vaccination certificates for dogs and cats must be up to date. Pets are your responsibility and must never be left alone in the accommodation or on the pitches.

IMAGE

You authorize the LANDAE campsite to photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on the Facebook and Instagram networks – on the presentation and promotional media of the LANDAE campsite). This authorization applies both to you and to persons staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote and animate the LANDAE campsite and may in no way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

DISPUTE

In the event of a non-conformity or anomaly concerning the rental property or pitch allocated, the customer must inform reception within a maximum of 24 hours.

Any complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services with the contractual commitments can be reported by post or e-mail to the campsite management.

MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute, you can contact us as follows:

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the mediation process for consumer disputes”, after having contacted us and in the absence of a satisfactory response, you have the possibility of having recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediation procedure with :

RESPONSIBILITY OF CAMPING LANDAE

The LANDAE campsite makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the campsite’s website is as up-to-date as possible, particularly with regard to presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates. However, as some of this information is provided by partners or third parties, LANDAE cannot guarantee that it is accurate, up-to-date or exhaustive at all times. In this respect, camping LANDAE is only bound by an obligation of means.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM

The information that you communicate to us on the occasion of your order will not be transmitted to any third party. Camping LANDAE considers this information to be confidential. It will only be used by the campsite’s internal departments to process your order and to reinforce and personalize communication and the services reserved for campsite customers according to your centers of interest. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you.
