Do you have questions before booking? Do you have a question during your stay? You might find the answers in our frequently asked questions section.

Reservation

Can I make a reservation by phone?

We prefer online reservations, but it is also possible to make a reservation by phone. A link will be sent to you by email to complete the payment. If the customer does not have internet access or a credit card for online payments, a letter can be sent by mail.

</details>

Do children count toward the housing capacity?

For insurance purposes, all campers (including infants and children) are counted toward the total occupancy limit of the accommodation. For example: If you are a family of 5 (2 adults + 1 child aged 10 + 1 child aged 5 + 1 baby aged 4 months), a 4-person mobile home will not be large enough; you will need to reserve a 6-person mobile home.

</details>

Can I choose my spot?

Whenever possible, we try to accommodate each camper’s requests. If you’re coming as a group and would like adjacent campsites, or if you’d like to reserve a specific campsite, please indicate this in the “Comments” section when making your online reservation or send an email to our customer service department.

</details>
